I am working 7 days a week :(

Hi all

Thought I should write in here to explain my current lack of apperance here. I have anew job so this make my job count go up to three.

So Yes I have two paid jobs and one volunteer job and between all three I have absoultly no days off anymore I work 7 days a week. Which really sucks and whats worse is my new job hasnt paid me yet so I dont even have an compensation for the work I have done. And I dont know if somethings gone wrong or if tha payment is just slow to be processed.

*sighs* so yes, if i start appearing less and less it means I am working Like a loonatic....

So yeah I dont even have time to go visit my Mum or my brother and sister and I havent seen them in a few months. { thats really depressin. I am a real family based girl so i miss them alot}


Now heres the really sad part , despite the fact that I have three jobs I still can't afford to live away from home which is my ultimate goal in life!

SORRY to WHINE but I had to complain somewhere!

Two paid jobs and you still can't afford to live away from home? That reeks!! I feel for you! Definitely check up on the pay schedule! I hope you get to see your family soon and you get enough money to support yourself!

As to whining, there's a big difference between venting your frustration and whining. I don't see this as whining. You are just frustrated, and you miss the people you love. At times like that, you need a "safe" place to vent.

Try to look at the bright side. I haven't been able to find work since the end of February. Rent and other bills are falling due, and I have a grand total of $200.00 dollars in the bank. If I don't find work soon, bankruptcy may be my only option.

My grandmother used to say, "I felt poor because I couldn't buy the new pair of shoes I needed, and then I met someone who had no feet."

It will get better for you. Things have a way of working themselves out.

@Mara: How is that even possible? To have 2 paying jobs and not being able to live from it? Or is it because you go to school and can't work fulltime?

I only Have two jobs cause I can't find full time work anywhere. Retail says I am too old and dont want me cause they have to pay me adults rates and the welfare sector where I am trained in doesnt want me cause I am too young and don't have enough experience. *Sighs* Thing is I can't get more experience until somone cuts me some slack and hires me !

Oh and Get this my first job the original one has just cut my hours and taken me off sundays which pay time and a half so now I am getting even less money! I wanna hit someone over it too!

I mean Its not like I am some lazy slob thats sitting at home all day not looking for work. I check the job search websites every other day and I get the paper and look for work there! I have three degrees and I have completed my Higher school certificate and Ive been working part time since I was 14!

I am a reilable worker and I try my best at everything I do and yet I can't find full time work.,

What annoys me more is yesterday i ran into a girl I went to school with who spent more time sneaky down to the back oval to go "Play with her Boyfriend" then actually doing school work, has a full time well paying job because her "MUMMY" has friends in the bank where she is now working!

How screwed is that! This girl Failed Maths for frigg Sake! She use to copy me!
