Ahhh, Christmas. The time of year when people go crazy trying to get the perfect gift at the last minute only to have to fight tooth and nail with other crazy people to get the last "Mall Rat Barbie" or "XBox 4D."
I am only slightly crazy and that is due to the plan to drive out to see my dad, who lives 6 hours away, and the fact that my car headed toward the light and abruptly was jerked back by the fact that I was able to get a mechanic to look at it within 20 minutes. (As you know, it is a principle of the law of the universe that a car must always work whenever a mechanic tries to diagnose it. This despite the fact that the brakes, gas, and steering wheel had ground to a terrifying halt less than half an hour previously.)
Anyway, to deal with my craziness, as some of you already know, I get out my stuffies who insist in helping relieve my tension by aiding in creating the holiday cheer.

This is Bubbykins. Despite being six inches tall, he insists that he can help decorate the tree.

This is Kisses who says she will help me cook Christmas Dinner. I have told her that all sorts of yucky sticky stuff would get in her fur and she promptly went off to get one of her brothers to make her a rubber body suit so that she can help. I, personally, am hoping she forgets about it.

I was promptly rushed out of the room when I was found taking this picture. I know that my hubby hasn't gotten my present yet, so what where they getting ready to wrap?

Well, after most of the work is done, the bears sit back to admire our work. Alright, I now it was me and my husband who did it, but you can't convince the bears of that.
And here are the best wishes of all of us.

Peace on earth among men of good will. We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
